The Company is controlled by the Board of Directors, headed by Mr. Ajoy Kumar Nahata & Mrs. Rachna Nahata both are the Joint Managing Directors. Mr. A. K. Nahata comes of a very respectable traditional Tea Planter Family. His father, Late Mr. Deepchand Nahata was one of the Pioneers of Green Tea Manufacturer and also reputed Tea Planter in Eastern lndia.
